Information We Collect
For each visitor to this website, our web server automatically recognises non-individual data only, but not Personal Information (wherever possible). We use this information to optimise the site and to diagnose problems.
If you make a donation or sponsor an item, your purchase will be processed by our trusted third-party partner, Stripe. You may review their privacy policy and terms here. We do not store or have access to any credit or debit card details provided for payment to Stripe. Your name, address, e-mail address and details of your purchase will be added to a database maintained by us (Vintage Trains Charitable Trust).
How We Use This Information
We do not sell or share our donor and visitor information with any other third parties. Customer information collected via our online store is used solely for processing donations and sponsorships.
Contact details collected when you make a donation or sponsor an item are used to:
- Send you your sponsorship certificate or other information
- Dispute resolution
- Customer service
- Processing of Gift Aid (if selected)
- Sales campaigns and demographic analysis
You may request a copy of your personal data, or request that all personal data is deleted, by contacting admin@pullmanclub.co.uk. Note, we may request additional personal information from you in order to authenticate your request.
Web Analytics
In order to serve you better, we use web analytics services including Google Analytics to help analyse the use of our website.
